Absolutely perfect location for access off the interstate headed west bound. Easy to get in and out of. Great parking lot. Super cute hotel. Rooms are fine. We were staying here for a half marathon and could not have been better for the start/finish line. Sunrise out our window this morning was beautiful! 10/10 would stay again!
The service was impeccable from check in to check out. Everyone we encountered was attentive and kind. At check in, Tay took extra care in making sure we were welcomed and comfortable. Additionally, this was one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. Thank you all, we'll be back!
Enjoyed our stay at the Hampton inn downtown Mobile. Breakfast is nothing special but it’s free and not bad. We didn’t need much beside coffee and some bagels. Great location, in walking distant to nearby restaurants. Our room was spacious and super clean. Hotel looked new or was recently renovated. Loved the lobby and all the holiday decorations. The two gentlemen at the front desk were very friendly and helpful at checkin.
I was extremely impressed with the level of cleanliness at the morning breakfast service, the attention to detail was impeccable. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job and overall this is an excellent property. Great location, safe and secure. Walking distance to restaurants and nightlife.
Great place to stay. Super clean, big rooms, great location and all of the workers we met were so friendly, helpful and kind. It's so nice to see people who enjoy their job and do it well. We already have reservations to stay again. In the top 2 of Hiltons we have stayed at, and we are diamond status. Loved it.
I arrived here and due to misinformation on the Hilton app I thought I booked a room with a balcony. I had not. Fortunately, I encountered this beautiful lady, Ms Ruby at the front desk. I explained the dilemma and she gave me a complimentary upgrade and now I have a beautiful balcony to enjoy while I'm staying. Ms. Ruby is a breath of fresh air and I'll always be looking for her and this hotel when I'm in Alabama. Thank you for your kindness Ruby and for making me smile.
I always enjoy my stays at the Hampton Inn and Suites-Downtown Mobile. The staff is consistently attentive and welcoming, and the guest services are top-notch. Adrian, Guest Services Manager, in particular, goes above and beyond,and he truly exemplifies what exceptional guest service looks like. He remembers guests' needs and ensures every detail is taken care of. This has become my preferred hotel whenever I’m in the Mobile area. The walkability to restaurants and other attractions is great, and the parking is an added bonus. Highly recommended!
